CAPR San Juan Meetings...
The first Tuesday of each month at the San Juan Island Grange Hall. Pot luck and social time start at 5:15 pm, and our meeting starts at 6:00pm.

As of February 23, 2007 CAPR has a brand new San Juan chapter due to the organizing efforts of Frank Penwell. Stay tuned to these pages as the new chapter gets it legs under itself and begins to fill out these pages with what is happening in the San Juans.
Citizens' Alliance for Property Rights (CAPR) is totally dependent on membership dues and donations from individuals for the funds we use to fight for your property rights. The officers and board of directors are unpaid volunteers.
