About CAPR Legal Fund

CAPR Legal Fund (CAPR LF) is a Washington state non-profit corporation that is organized as an IRS 501(c)(3). CAPR LF handles our defense of property rights in the courts and provides help to landowners fighting to use their properties. CAPR LF also works to educate landowners on their rights and responsibilities for wise use of their land.
